Michele Passarello - Passo
Michele Passarello attended the Kapiti Coast 1 workshop in 2018 and one year on, his business idea came to life. He opened his restaurant Passo in Paraparaumu, serving delicious authentic Sicilian and Italian cuisine.
Michele comes from the ancient city of Agrigento in Sicily. He grew up with a love of food and since moving to Aotearoa has devoted his life to sharing his cuisine and culture with the Kāpiti community.
Passo serves yummy house-made dishes using the freshest and finest ingredients. The experience is accentuated even more so with the lovely ambiance, warm friendly atmosphere and genuine hospitality of the place.
